    One thing, even if you are able to win an award, you will not if you’re position paper is not in the chairman’s hands before the deadline. I had no prior knowledge of this and no one in my club did either since we’re fairly new. I asked the chairman why I didn’t win an award afterwards to see if I might improve and he said I was on the list to win one, but he didn’t have my position paper…
