- Overview
At Best Delegate, we believe that Model UN is a life-changing activity.
We know from our own experience and countless others' how Model UN has helped young people become confident public speakers and leaders, both on campus and in their communities, giving them the knowledge and skills they need to get into college and launch their careers.
Success in Model UN helps students succeed in other parts of their lives, and our 5-day summer camp is designed to help students succeed in Model UN. Students will learn...
- Best practices for Model UN research and preparation,
- How to be confident public speakers and leaders in their Model UN committees,
- Tips for building up their Model UN clubs and training their teammates,
- Current events, international relations theory, and how to approach the most popular topics in Model UN,
- How Model UN can help them with college admissions.
The camp is open to students age 12-17 and will take place from 9am to 4pm daily on the UC Irvine campus. Residential housing options are also available.
