Best Delegate is currently looking for Diplomacy Fellows to teach students this summer at the 2018 Model United Nations Institute (MUNI). Diplomacy Fellows serve a paid position throughout the summer traveling with Best Delegate staff and teaching Model UN to eager and passionate students. The Diplomacy Fellowship is a challenging professional experience that teaches our staff to be effective teachers, mentors, and leaders. As they spend the summer guiding the next generation of Model United Nations delegates, they are helping build their resume with substantive experiences.

The Diplomacy Fellowship is an opportunity for you to pass your MUN knowledge to the next generation! Every year, our staff walk away from the fellowship with a profound appreciation for education as they see how MUN helps students grow!
3. Spend the Summer Traveling the United States
MUNI runs programs at the following four universities across the United States: Columbia, Georgetown, Harvard, and UCLA. As a Diplomacy Fellow, you will be staffing programs at many of these locations teaching middle school and high school students. Best Delegate provides housing, meals, and most travel expenses to help provide you a great opportunity to travel to new places!
4. Make Lasting Friendships
As a Diplomacy Fellow, you will be part of a team that is made of university students from around the United States and abroad. Every summer, our staff make lasting friendships that continue past the summer as they reunited on the college circuit and staffing other Best Delegate programs!
