University of Pennsylvania wins Best Large Delegation at VICS
The University of Virginia hosted its VICS conference on its campus in Charlottesville, Virginia, two weekends ago. MUNcircuit.com already did a recap of the conference, and we have awards results here:

Yadavan Mahendraraj, the Assistant Director of the University of Pennsylvania’s intercollegiate Model UN team, was proud of Penn’s performance:
Our VICS team had a great time and put up a solid performance. As the year goes on Penn Intercol has been posting stronger and stronger results, and it’s really exciting to watch the team grow.
Alex Haber’s win should put him as one of the front runners for MUNcircuit.com’s HeisMUN award for best collegiate delegate.
