Earlier in the year, we alluded in an article about the role of awards in Model UN to a new recognition platform called the College MUN All-Star Team. We are now at the end of the 2012-2013 school year and it is time to nominate your fellow delegates to be recognized in the College MUN All-Star Team!
College MUN All-Star Team
The purpose of the College Model UN All-Star Team is to recognize exemplary individuals in the college MUN community who have made a difference inside and outside of committee. These could be but are not necessarily limited to just the best delegates or award winners; conferences already determine those. Rather, the College MUN All-Star Team should be representative of the best and most respected leaders in the community. They are diplomatic and skilled in committee, help strengthen the relationships between schools, provide thought leadership, and make the Model UN experience better for everyone. Due to the All-Star Team’s emphasis on community, individuals may only nominate up to three delegates from their own school out of the ten total nominations.
If you participated in at least one college MUN conference during the 2012-2013 school year, you are eligible to submit one Nomination Form. Please read all the rules for submitting a Nomination Form in the link below. Nomination Forms must be submitted by April 30th, 2013 by 11:59pm Pacific time.
