Cornell International Affairs Conference (CIAC) Recap
byKFConApril 11, 2011
Cornell hosted its inaugural Cornell International Affairs Conference (CIAC) this past weekend from March 31 to April 3 on its beautiful campus in Ithaca, New York. Featuring stimulating and innovative crises, CIAC engaged its attendees in issues ranging from the storming of the Bastille during the French Revolution Joint Crisis to resolving a civil war between the Titans and the gods on Mt. Olympus.

Delegates also enjoyed a diverse slate of social events including delegate mixers, pub-crawls and even fraternity parties, ensuring that ever moment spent at CIAC was full of excitement. By bringing delegates together in both social and professional settings during leadership seminars, committee dinners, and a conference-wide luncheon, the Secretariat worked hard to guarantee CIAC delegates the change to network with one another and develop friendships that will continue to grow long after after Closing Ceremonies.
