MUN Teams
Model UN Teams is back for its third year! This school year program allows delegates to go deep into the inner workings of Model UN, learning about strategies and ways to improve. Whether you’re just getting started or an old hat wanting to learn more, we have a program for you. Model UN Teams feature 24 one-hour meetings guided by world-class mentors.
In our programs, you’ll join a community of like-minded individuals, have fun debating world issues, gain confidence in public speaking, and be inspired by great mentors, all the while making friends.
The MUN Teams program also includes FOUR complimentary conferences on November 19, January 21, March 4, and April 15, allowing you to take what you’ve learned in your teams and put it into action with delegates from other teams and independent delegates!
On our MUN Teams you’ll develop the confidence to change the world and experience a sense of belonging as they bond with like-minded friends, while building community, developing confidence, and inspiring change.
For the first time ever, participating in MUN Teams will also get you the chance to experience in-person conferences for an add-on. You could attend the National High School Model UN in New York City, which includes training, in-person supervision, 3-nights hotel, ground transportation, a team dinner, and registration for the NHSMUN conference.

MUN Conferences
Virtual Model UN Conferences are also back this school year with six conference dates and twelve different topics. In our conferences, you’ll be able to connect with the Model UN Community, while having fun debating real-world issues like climate change, nuclear disarmament, or even space security!
VMUNC allows you to gain confidence in public speaking while working with our world class mentors who are trained to bring out the best in all delegates, whether they’re just getting started on their MUN journey or have been to a bunch of conferences.
Each month, VMUNC features a training and an advanced conference. In the training conference, you’ll be guided step-by-step for your first Model UN experience, enjoy a fun and engaging MUN simulation, receive a certificate of completion, and be eligible for awards. Our advanced conferences allow you to further hone your debating and public speaking skills, taking part in specialized committees like the Security Council or ASEAN, debating world issues, while receiving feedback from our expert chairs. You’ll also be eligible for awards!
At just $40 per conference, our conferences include a Best Delegate-certified MUN Chair, a 6-hour MUN Conference, a topic background guide, world class Best Delegate MUN learning materials, and a digital certificate of completion!

As a MUN Mentor there’s been nothing cooler than getting to work with students who have to continued to return to our programs, and to watch them bring out the best in each other as form unforgettable (and at times hilarious) bonds and memories while becoming leaders in the MUN community! One of my highlights from working with our participants over the past few years was when four of our student leaders from across the country (Hawai’i, Virginia, and two cities in Florida) independently registered for an in-person conference in NYC together (NHSMUN!), inviting me to meet them in-person for coffee and give them committee advice – the MUN Teams experience is so rewarding, and I can’t wait for more students to get to meet-up in NYC through our programs this year! – Geo (MUN Mentor)
Model UN 101 Workshops
If you’re new to MUN, our Model UN 101 workshops are a great way to dip your toe into the water and get started experiencing Model UN.
This virtual 3-hour session will teach you everything you need to know about the fundamentals of MUN, which will help you prepare to succeed at your first conference.
Our Workshops are the easiest way to learn the basics of Model UN including speaking style, the 5 stages of Model UN, research tips, and parliamentary procedure from world-class MUN experts.
Our workshops are great whether you’re a MUN student just getting started or looking to register a team to understand the basics, and we offer multiple times to make our workshops accessible to students across the world.
In three hours, you’ll learn the fundamentals of MUN including basic procedure and how to write a resolution, learn how to prepare an opening speech, and get practice with public speaking games.
These workshops are taught by our expert MUN mentors, who’ll make you feel inspired and prepared for your first Model UN conference.
