Spring break over and that means the college circuit is back in action and down to the final weeks of the college Model UN season. We return with the Virginia International Crisis Simulation (VICS). The University of Florida took home a gavel in almost half the committees en route to winning Best Large Delegation, and McGill University received the Best Small Delegation award. Other teams that performed well included Georgetown, U.Penn, Emory, William & Mary, Vanderbilt, and Duke.
Most of the teams in attendance seemed to skew younger to give the newer delegates some experience going into next year. VICS is also a favorite on the college circuit for its social events. Princeton won the Head Delegate’s “social contest” (our edit) this year.
Congrats to all the staff and delegates, and hope everyone had fun!
