The West Point Security Conference (WPSC) is designed to simulate various bodies of the United States national security apparatus, including the National Security Council (NSC), working groups on terrorism and intelligence, Pacific Command (PACOM), and Africa Command (AFRICOM).
WPSC delegates have had to contend with a crisis resulting from a dirty bomb attack on the port of Houston in the year 2030. The NSC has been issuing directives to the various working groups and regional commands.
